I bought this Pigeon Air fryer in july 2023, it work well for 1 month ..after that started giving problems and within 45 days product stopped working…
Flipkart takes no responsibility of product exchange or warranty at all..even i have purchased extended warranty for this product bt its useless…
U have to call there toll free no 100’s of time just to get in touch with executive…they dont have any dedicated service center in metro city like bombay ..
they will share part time engineer no. who will repair this product on behalf of company …Engineer himself deny and ask not to bring this product to him , they dont have parts…
Pigeon Company takes no responsibility of product quality ,repair and maintenance …

Handle outer body keep coming out-Design flaw, closing last piece was extremely tight so had to replace but still not very smooth. Just average product.

The product is very good and easy to operate. I have fried bitter groud (Karela) chips, Pakoda, Kaju etc and it fries really well with a very less quantity of oil. But Instead of 5 stars I decided to give 4 stars because the built quality is not that great and since the beginning, the plastic handle cover has been coming out. Outer than the built quality it is functional and ok.
