I received this item in good package and it is working well.
I found this item to be very tiny and funny. First impression was good and after checking out its working it confirmed its funny nature.
The heating filament is not evenly distributed across the heating panel but it’s only about 10% area just above the control panel or the switch which is same.
I think it’s good for tea making and milk boiling, provided if used another good quality steel or aluminum pot which can fit into the heating area of the machine. Perhaps this can cook few foods as well, provided if used another good utensils that fit or adjust to the heating area.

Auto off not working, water come out side,many vest ,two days before me buy pruduct he is very very poor product my mony vest

Good value for money product. Though it has developed some rust stains on the heating plate, it does the job perfectly well. Definately Recommended!

The on/off button is reverse and steel pan is not heating. Very poor quality check from Amazon.
