Be aware that this product will get rust if you ever leave little water on that, apart from the rusting thing overall product is good, wipe it with dry cloth after using it. It even boils the eggs which has tiny cracks. Satisfied with the product except for the rusting.

Auto switch off not working properly. The switch isn’t clicking back to to off mode. Due to this, the steamer switches to ON mode and the steamer overheats and the electrical circuit fails…
Earlier purchases (2 times) of the same product (Egg Steamer) from the same Vendor (Soflin) working well till date. The later productions of the new batch are of poor quality.
Hope to see the company comes with durable and quality products…

UPDATE!: Today is the third day with the product, it died a sparking/flashy death with a bang…It seems like it shorted out.. yesterday it seemed to have tripped a fuse but we thought its fine…but well it died…Now how do I claim a warranty? I can’t order a replacement as the box is trashed…
It can boil eggs, so very functional
The size is normal
There is no odd plastic smell
Auto turn off works, the buzzer doesn’t work
The boiler metal plate is not earthed… So don’t go near it… I learned the hard way…
I saw that there is a lot of product variation …you don’t know which one you’ll get…
I got the haddles at the side.. And a yellow body…
