Not at all a useful product. Sandwiches get compressed under the pressure of the upper grill tray. Completely disappointed with the product.

Loving it. No more long waits. Jumbo size so can easily get more done. The oil collector is handy.

Very nice and reliable product. Easy to use and big enough for 2 big size sandwiches or even for grilling sausages and other meat. But remeber to clean it after every use with tissue paper and wooden spatula to avoid any damage to non stick coating.
