It is a good product with the USP of removable plates that are easy to clean.

I recieved my grill with a broken handle. The replacement process was swift and hassle free. Three cheers for the seller.

Bought Glen product and specifically, this model (3032) after a lot of research and comparison.
Price: Among the most expensive
Features I liked that made me buy this model:
(1) Removable plates: There are other companies too offering this feature. Removable plates makes the product more expensive, but believe me, it makes life simple as the plates can be removed, washed, dried, and re-installed. Cleaning non-removable plates is not easy particularly if you have burnt cheese that has oozed out of the sandwich.
(2) Metal side handles: Front handle that you touch to open and close is heat proof plastic but side handles are metal. Most reviews mention that plastic side handles break. I the most crucial part that is the hinge is metal too and lasts a life time.
(3) Compact size: This model can grill 4 bread slices (normal size bread) at one time though a bit tightly. However, this model is more compact than other brands that fits slices.
(4) 1900 Watts: Grills faster and can be used to grill non-veg. Sandwiches turned out to be nice, brown and crispy. Did not try grilling chicken or paneer, etc.
(5) Temperature Control:

Negative Features:
(1) Cord length is only 1 meters: Could have been a bit longer given that one is paying such a high price.
(2) Cant be stored vertically: The grill cannot stand vertically.
(3) Except for side handles, most of the body is plastic. Even the top is plastic with only a small metal sheet. Ideally, I would have preferred a full metal top.
(3) Made in China: Amazon should have a check on the sellers misrepresenting the product as “Country of origin : India”, whereas when you receive the product, you find that it has been imported from China. Despite all plus points, I would not have bought this product if Amazon had correctly mentioned ” Country of Origin : China”.
