I am writing this review after using it for two months.
Quality of product was so bas that the regulator button stopped working after first use.
Body got discolored after first use.
Temperature is so low because of low wattage that rotis take so long to look that they become too hard to eat.
I bought it because of the company name.
Please buy some other local electric tandoor.
I was previously using a local tandoor for last 7 to 8 years.Thought of buying a new branded one

Had made pizza which came out good. The knob can be of better quality…also a better manual would help more to operate with ease. No cleaning process mentioned .

It is not only a Tandoor but we use it for many other foods to little roast to feel fresh such as Golgappe, roasted cashews other dry fruits, peanuts. It also roast like Sooii, Daliya, Murra, Chana etc.

Even though shipped through Amazon’s own courier service, the product took 7 days to reach me in Bangalore, which was really annoying. Anyway, I assembled the handle of the baking tray, which is poorly designed with no space even for the small nut bolts to fit in. Then I switch it on only to realise that the appliance is not working. Ordered a replacement, which took 10 days this time. I guess they sent it on a bicycle!
Before anything else, I just plugged it in to check if it’s working. Yes, it was!
So I assembled the unit. Same hassle again.
However, the baking is not even. I tried baking pizza, half of which gets burnt and the other half remains undercooked. Tried another time, same outcome! Packed the product back. Raised a return request. Not ordering a Glen product again!

Really loved the product. It’s far better than other tandoors available in market. Stainless steel body and looks are also good. Have tried 3-4 items like Paneer Tikka, tandoori roti, Seekh Kabab, Garlic breads last but not the least Tandoori Chicken. All items are perfectly cooked and tastes so great. Loved it. Best were Tandoori items.
