If youbwaot until the green light turn on to indicate sandwiches are ready, then you will get what shown in the image. If you remove early you will get half baked.

After months of smooth running, there was a spark and a burst in the toaster and suddenly it conks off for good. Luckily, there was no human harm caused. I cannot find the bill but need someone from the company to reach out. Any help appreciated.
