Product was defective and upper coils were not working. Product returned immediately, however it’s still showing as delivered. Further, on chatting they confirm that refund will be done shortly but still no refund made. No customer care to take care of customers. Very bad service and experience

Very bad product or if I say the worst product I ever bought on Amazon. Its a shame that Amazon support such bad quality product. It had sparks on its first time use only… since I tried it after my refund or replace limit was over so now I’m stuck with this useless product.
