I brought it 4-5 years ago and it works perfectly. Just heat it for 15 mins when you first try it. . 1st heat it for 15 to 20 mins to exhaust the chemicals inside it. then wash the plate and then use it for baking. 😊

Bad product, period!!
It doesn’t have auto cut-off. The temperature just keep increasing that it may burn the item you are baking.
While baking, kept it on for ~10-15 mins, the power consumption increased so much so that it tripped off the main power supply of the home. AND THIS WASN’T ONCE, BUT HAPPENED ALWAYS!!!
Instead shell out just a little more bucks and look out for a proper OTG (really OTG is just somewhat more pricey) as you get complete control of temperature and time settings.

The quality of tandoor as well as other stuff such as tray or grills are very poor. The substandard quality of metal is used. I recommend not to go for this tandoor.

It doesn’t have switch and no brand name on it ,it seems any local product.my MCB getting down again and again however it’s 15A socket and it’s working for any heavy appliances like microwave or Doemastic atta chakki.
I did not like product and returned in after 15 minutes unsuccessful use.
It doesn’t have any proper booklet that tells about company/product no customer care number for product on booklet. Booklet provided has more recipies rather details about product.
I was surprised to see that there is no brand name or product and no upper body handle as shown in picture.
There is no details about voltage consumption or power consumed by product or any details about the product related to it’s power.
I think it’s just kind of road side product that is packed inside the wellbirg box.
I am highly diappointed that Amazon has recommend to this product.
