I order it as it is from Philips. But the price of it is very high ..it should be approx 4 to 5 k max.
I opened the box happily and try to start and check it but found that the new product start button is not working..surprise too much how it can be possible as it belongs from Philips..simply return it on the first day.

It is my WORST experience with a product supplied by Amazon. The first item provided (Philips UV-C Disinfection System) DID NOT WORK. The second item of the exact specification supplied as a replacement was OVERUSED, DIRTY and DAMAGED. I am EXTREMELY DISTRESSED with ELAAR STORE and Amazon India.
