Totally love it. I am writing this review after using it for 2-3 months…I did not find any extra sound as mentioned in other reviews. Was able to grind smooth idli batter, dry spices n wet chutneys including coconut chutney. Also..it’s 1 speed is quite low than other mixers…which is very beneficial wen grinding hard things.

I received the main processing bowl in cracked condition What is the point of a food processor without that one ? It will be just a costly mixie. It is such a hassle to even to think of returning the whole product with these many componets once you open it . Again there may be a chance to receive another one which may have again some other defect. On top of it , you will have to call customer service for returning this .I dont know why especially during return window. I had literally wait on the call for 2 hrs. Worst experience with the product delivered.

Good product, Good security feature, machine doesn’t run if the lock is not in place. Model looks sleek and elegant. Nice food processor. Using it for last 1 month. No problem. Read other reviews, people having problem with running of machine. I would like to tell everyone, please lock the jar properly in place along with lid. Mixer will start. It is not defective as claimed by all.
