Over all good product motor glass and for making juice very handy but after few days the lid got Cracked automatically so the agaro has to look into it

Now the blender is good and does the job. But the product is designed in such a way that the blade can’t be separated out from the charging sock and when you clean it some water tend to go in and it stops working. Now the company says don’t use water to clean and don’t know you can clean without water. Now its lying there just as a piece of junk. Even small brands have designed blades which can be taken out from the motor and cleaned

Star rating increased from 1 to 3.
I just contacted Agaro on their website by filling up the form for service request and they contacted me through whatsapp requested me to send the product details and shortly after that I received a message of a replacement is being dispatched soon and indeed I received a brand new blender and it is working fine, so I’m really happy with a fast service and a quick customer reach and i was honestly didn’t expect that from a brand that is less popular than the other big known brands who fails to meet the customers expectation. I increased my star rating to 3 from 1 this is due to their service quality alone but if this product proves me to be a reliable one for at least 1 year i will increase my star rating to 4 or 5 depends upon the product durability which is a real concern.

It just stopped working within one month. It was great when it worked, then suddenly stopped working.
pros:
1. Glass instead of plastic
2. USB Type-C charging port, charges within 2hrs max.
3. Metal body, overall nice sturdy built quality.
Cons:
1. Not reliable.
2. No quick service like whatsapp.
3. Might fail in anytime so no peace of mind.

This product is amazing for blending purposes and also makes juices and smoothies and cold coffee. Easy to use. Easy to handle and durable. Good charging and gives a good taste to the food item. Speed, Also very friendly for travel. Good for pocket .
