Just don’t buy. It’s not worth it. Very difficult to place the return. Bad quality.

It is a very good product and I had some technical issue which they resolved within 4 to 5 days….

Product is sturdy and powefull but plastic parts are very fragile.
Whisker shaft loosened on first use and blender shaft becames free due to melting of plastics.
Raised complaint for it and hot reply that spare parts of this model not available. Then after raised complaint twice but no response received.
It is like ‘chale to Chand Tak Varna sham tak’

Product is really good… but first time when purchase vessel is broken but after i replace it then very fastly i get another product.
Buildup quality is very good and especially in hand it feels nice
Metal body making it long lasting with very powerfull motor and also we get a speed adjuster
Easy to clean… Easy to use… and value for money comparing to other brands.
Overall the product and quality is 10 /10.

My first Product was not working due to Push Button Issue. Immediately raised the Return and Amazon replaced with New Product. Thanks for that.
I bought this Product for Soap Making purpose and It serves well. Easy to use and not much heat issue.
The Push Buttons are bit hard but may be it was the design to prevent accidental pressing.
Overall the Product is suitable for my requirement and I have made my 2 batches of Soap.
As a practical user I can recommend this Product.
I hope I will use this for Butter Churning (Pre) and update the performance.
