Chopper is really good. It chopped onion,garlic,ginger etc with in seconds. If the quantity is low it wont chop.
No heating issue nor the button is too tight.
Excellent product. I didnt check yhe blender not yet.
The plastic body is ok, but not fine as other philips product.
The packaging shows production date dec 2019 but the warranty card is sealed with 2012 date. I registered on philips website and there is no error.

I have a doubt in this product as there is no brand name mentioned on the said product as per given picture also flask is broken and I just saw the products. That’s why wants to replace with the new one also flask cap is missing from the product and I am informing a but late as I have ordered the product for my parents

Received this product without proper packaging, instruction manual and without invoice.
We had to struggle with the customer care service. Finally we received an invoice through email.
We tested the product and it is not up to the mark. It’s getting heated immediately as you start operating.
We have initiated the return but don’t know how things would shape up when pick up person will arrive.

Product received was to the mark. I am very happy with it. Blends smoothly. Chopping attachment is also very handy to use. We started using the very next day we got it and now its part of every day kitchen. Cleaning is also very easy. User friendly and easy to hold n operate ! Though the machine is amazing but I was delivered a refurbished product. The blender seems like it was repaired as one can see glue at the bottom of it and some numbers written on the neck of it with pencil. The seal was not present on the package while unboxing it. The Beaker was not at all similar to what they have mentioned in the description. The chopper is decent enough to chop small pieces of vegetables. All images are attached with a small video recording. I am going to replace this product with the exact same appliance and see what comes next.

It was written that we could cut onions, carrots etc. But my mom tried almost everything cabbage, bitter gourd, ginger, garlic, onions, green chillies, vazha poovu, chena thandu, papaya, beans. Now its a relief to cook all kinds of thoran (kerala dish) . She is having neck pain it was difficult for her to bend and cut vegetables. now she is in love with this product and already started promoting within our family. Thanks philips.
