Functionality is very simple. Can be used for boiling, making tea, frying etc. Easy to clean also. Can be carried easily from kitchen to other rooms. Worth buying. Easy to use. Good fir heavy duty use. Arrived in good packged condition.

Stopped working after just 10 days of use.Raised complain on line for warranty service with registration for warranty service , but no response from service center or from customer care .
After several numbers of calls from my side, someone asked to keep patients and wait for 24 hrs.
But unfortunately that 24 hours did not still over and now it become more than 15 days there is still no hope of coming any positive response .
