I purchased Nutripro juicer in April and was very satisfied with the performance. It’s portable and very effective for smoothies, milk shakes .. etc. however in the month of August.. the unit just stopped working and was unable to get ON. So I called the vendor to avail warranty and upon providing necessary required details.. the vendor immediately provided for replacement of the unit. This process of warranty claim was very simple and quick .. it was hassle free.
In 2 weeks time I got a new unit. I’m very happy with the service support

I purchased the Nutripro Bullet Juice Mixer recently and overall, it’s decent for the price. The product arrived on time, and the jar size is impressive—larger than the Wonderchef jar I had. However, the quality feels a bit delicate compared to Wonderchef. One issue is that the jar isn’t tightly fixed to the base, so I have to hold it while operating. Despite this, it performs well, especially considering the price point. Great for light use!

I reached out to the complaint number, and the representative registered my complaint and assured me that a replacement would be sent. Although courier service was not available in my location, they arranged a third-party courier service.
I was impressed by the quick resolution, and I received the replacement machine promptly. The new unit works perfectly, and I am grateful for the efficient and professional service provided. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. Every step of the process was smooth and well-handled.

Best product for quick Shake and Juice, as instructed need to use it for 1min then give break and use for 1min. Nice quality and Jara are heavy strong. Blades are very sharp. Nice design. Less heat when used as per instruced. As said this is used for home purpose not commercial. Overall a Good product with affordable cost.

I used many blender but this is the best product. I ordered this product last Feb and I am using once or twice in a day. It’s fabulous to blend many food and juice items. For new mothers it’s useful to save time and energy.. unfortunately my blender didn’t work and I request nutripro company about my queries and i wonder that the costumer service person solved my query within 24 hours and now I am happily replaced my product with warranty claim and enjoying nutripro juicer.
