After an hour of receiving the product when we opened and were ready to take out juice the broken piece of the juicer cover showed up.
The overall quality of the material is also very disappointing.
Don’t be fooled by price and brand name!
I do not recommend this product!

Using it for months. Very good product. But I am not using its juicer. Juicer is only good if you are preparing in a large amount. If you are not going to use juicer then go for mixer-grinder as it will cost low comparing to this. Other wise very good product from Philips. Packaging was awesome by Amazon

1.) Safe packaging in a flyer and corrugate box.
2.) Fast delivery. i ordered on 10th midnight and got it on 12th monday at 12.pm.
3.) Product is fabulous and contains authorised warranty card. no wear & tear in the product. Blade quality is extremely good. Product contains 2 jars(One juicer and one grinder) both jars are made up of high quality material.

Okay if you need for grinding but i don’t recommend it for extracting juice.
i have tried to extract carrot juice and One kilogram carrots i got just one and half(normal kitchen glass) juice.
it just extract 50% juice from carrots. I am sharing my experience may be you will get better one

If you’re a middle class person and thinking about buying this product then please read this once.
I bought this product about 2 months ago and in 2 months i concluded that this product is not suitable for grinding and juicing, I’ll share more details about it below. Just on 2nd time use machine broke by itself and i had to call customer care for replacement of juicing cap which ultimately cost me 250 INR. After that replacement I tried juicing for 2-3 more Times and during juicing machine literally vibrates alot out of control, thus i had to stop juicing. I tried grinding cummin seeds(jeera), annis seeds(sauf) and coriander seeds (sabut dhaniya) but none of these things grinded well. I never git satisfactory results after grinding. None of seeds was grinded properly to it’s powdered form. I’m literally so disappointed from this product. When we talk about it’s containers stainless steel container doesn’t have blades inside which is why nothing gets grinded properly. Only mixing works good because it doesn’t require much precision to do. Phillips such a big brand must do something about this product and issues regarding it.
