Juice collector was broken

Product is good compared to it’s cost. It works well but the built quality of it’s plastic is weak. We purchased two items, one delivered at Kolkata,the product was not working and one of it’s jar was brocken. We got replacement but again with a broken jar. We got other delivered at Gurgaon,NCR with one of the jar brocken. We didn’t opt to go for replacement for this reason and anticipating that again the replacement will come in the same way or in a worst side . I am writing this review but I am sure Mr Amazon India will not take any action as this American company only making Indian customer fool

Sending defective equipment deliberately, no replacement windows working, thanks to marketing person of borosil team Mr Vijay who has replaced the motor part, big question on Amazon sales policy

Pros :
1. Super easy to assemble, use, clean
2. Very low noise
3. Juice is with very less foam(good) and acceptably dry pulp.
Cons :
1. The feeded mouth is narrow, requires grinding items to be sliced into thin pieces to fit the opening.
But only for that extra feature kuvings is charging 10 k extra. So bearing that much pain in my opinion it is a very good value for money product

The vegetable inlet tube is too small, resulting in abnormally long times to extract any juice.
The juicer is very difficult and time consuming to clean properly

We have use this product for extracting juice from almost all the fruits and it performed so well, we are amazed by this product.
