Replaced promptly and new Juicer is working good. Unlike other juicers, the waste pulp is very less.
Old:
On first use only got a smell to make tomato juice, upon examination blade mounting head was leaning right side position and touching the external body to cause friction order replacement within hr . Don’t know anything occurred shipping. I saw on dent with a hole on the product box

Juicer working is not fully satisfactory. The waste is containing lot of juice after crush. Moreover the waste comes out does not goes property go to the container as also the juice come out of the machine

Product is good according to its price….if you are looking for a centrifugal juicer then go for it but if you want to extract even last drop of juice from your fruit or vegetables then this product is not for you.

It’s great product, we can extract juice easily, and it can work only for citrus fruits and water melon only. Already using Inalsa vaccum cleaner since 1 year and did not see any issues, so taken juicer also, we most use for oranges and sweet lime juices, my kids just love the orange juice which is good for healthy, per experience it is master pieces. But main part is extractor blade, we might change after one year, not sure if it is available online

I have received a damaged product and even screws are not there on bottom. I have attached the pictures where 2 screws are missing while 2 screws are opened and there on packet. Even worst service of Amazon that they are not even replying properly of return or replacement. They just engaging the customer for their issue within the app. Their app needs to have more accurate and more options which actually relevant for customer issues. When calling on customer care number, IVR said I will get a call back within a minute but it’s like half an hour but no call or msg is done.
I will raise this issue further because of this worst product are in sale that they are delivering their customer which is damaged.

the filter mesh is made of plastic unlike what is shown in the picture.
otherwise juicer works fine. the pulp does save some juice left but all thr 500w juicers work like that. Also, it does not make much sound, which is super cool. Worth buying of the amount but prefer for a metal filter in the same watt, if available.

I was really scared ordering after seeing such negative reviews. But to my delight all is well! The Juicer works fine and gives proper juice without any wastage of fruits! I use it daily and have faced no problem till date. It is a neat machine which is really easy to use & clean. Recommended!
