A perfect cold pressed juicer.
I was very sceptical before purchasing as reviews were mixed, both +ve & -ve. But it was the only affordable cold press juicer in my budget and also it works on very simple principle.
On the day one I tried sweet lime and pomegranate, I was shocked to see the results. Juice was completely extracted leaving hard pulp as residue.
A big 👍for the product.
Instead of trying out centrifugal juicers in the market one can blindly go for this, As centrifugal juicers are not ideal for citrus fruits.

This is the worst product I have ever used, i bought this on 12 th October 2022, from the first week of usage it started creating problems i.e. automatically shuts down, sparking in the motor, and eventually stops working
KENT service is so bad that, they don’t even give you pick and drop services you have to go to service centre every time by yourself. No replacement policy, once you are stuck with it you just have to suffer and eventually throw it away after the warrenty is over

I’m writing to share my experience with the Kent juicer and to advise others to avoid purchasing this product, it consistently failed to deliver satisfactory results. After multiple attempts to resolve these issues with Kent’s customer service team and several trips to the service center for repairs, I have come to the conclusion that the Kent juicer is simply not worth the investment. The level of frustration and inconvenience caused by this product far outweighs any potential benefits it may offer. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing the Kent juicer to look elsewhere for a more reliable and durable alternative. There are plenty of other juicers on the market that offer superior performance and value for money. In conclusion, my experience with the Kent juicer has been nothing short of a disappointment, and I regret ever purchasing this product. Save yourself the trouble and avoid making the same mistake.

The Juicer stopped working and was handed over to the Service representative on 06th of February, now it’s been over two months and the working product has not been returned to me.
Horrible customer service.
Atrocious warranty service.
*Don’t buy the Products as they are not worth the headache.*
UPDATE AFTER THE JUICER BEING AT THE SERVICE CENTER FOR OVER TWO YEARS.
They have been unable to get the juicer repaired since last two years. It’s now 18th February 2023, Juicer has been in the service center since 06th February 2021.
DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUICER.

This juicer is a piece of crap. Not recommended at all. Was delivered on the 19th of Sept, worked great for a week and then needed repairs.
A week or so later, broke down for the same issue a 2nd time. The juicer was gone for repairs for over 2 weeks.
Worked fine for a couple of weeks before breaking down again- a 3rd time, happened on the 29th of Oct.
Do not waste your money on this as the juicer will spend half the time at the Kent Repairs and Amazon will not cooperate. Better to pay a little more for a quality product. Was surprised at the quality control seen at Kent’s.
I am told by Amazon that I should have called within the return window- so instead of getting it fixed the 1st time, I should have just returned it.
The 2nd time the issue happened was within 1 month, I called Amazon as well as Kent because of the frustration. Amazon told me to call back if the issue happened a 3rd time and the product will be replaced/ refunded.
Amazon now washes its hands off by saying they have nothing to do with it because it is out of the return window and then also only return if Kent says it is not repairable.
Amazons lack of emparhy and Kent’s lack of quality is appalling, I expected better customer service from both of them.

Value for money and esy to wash.first time I god used one which stopped working after 2 minutes but I got it replaced and it’s working fine now.good for 2glass juice at a time.not more.

Very good for domestic purpose and it is advisable to clean it immediately after use. Do not use much pressure to lock or unlock during assembly and opening for washing.
