2. Coming to product, machine looks good with stainless steel built. Built quality is good. Stailess steel body and plastics are made of good quality.
3. Noise level is low. Easy to operate.
4. Getting decent amount of Juice from watery fruits like watermellon, Orange/Sweetlime, Apple, etc.,

Cons:

1. Packaging is not good.. received a damaged package and seems they put it in grinder and sent us, outer package was that much damaged.
2. Product packaging seems too old on looks. Much dissatisfied about the packaging.
3. 500W motor runs and able to crush as mush as possible but not powerful enough to juice out fruits with skin. I felt the motor trying hard to run and sometimes it lags.
4. When I put a piece of apple with it skin and it wasted lot of pulp and motor tend to be overloaded.
5. Also I need to put more pressure on top lid to make out the juice.
6. Operating knob feels cheap.

No hassle of filtering and Manual juice extration process.

I recently purchased the Prestige PCJ 7.0 500-Watt Centrifugal Juicer from Amazon with high hopes of enjoying fresh and healthy juices at home. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product and Amazon’s customer service has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed.

Firstly, the juicer itself is a complete letdown. The build quality feels cheap and flimsy, and after just a few uses, I noticed that the blades were starting to dull and lose their effectiveness. The noise this juicer makes is unbearable, making the entire juicing process an irritating ordeal. Not to mention, the juice quality was far from what I expected; it was pulpy and lacked the smooth consistency I was looking for.

What’s even more infuriating is that the juicer started leaking from day one. No matter how careful I was with assembling and using it, juice would seep out from various parts of the machine, creating a mess on my kitchen countertop. This not only wasted my precious fruits and vegetables but also added to the overall frustration of using the product.

I decided to return the juicer within the designated return window, confident that Amazon’s renowned customer service would come to the rescue. However, that’s where my troubles escalated. Despite clearly falling under the return policy, Amazon’s team refused to accept the return.

I reached out to Amazon’s customer service multiple times, spending hours on hold and explaining my situation over and over again. Each time, I was met with indifference and an unwillingness to assist. It’s beyond disappointing that a company as large and successful as Amazon would treat its customers so poorly.

In conclusion, the Prestige PCJ 7.0 500-Watt Centrifugal Juicer is a subpar product with quality issues and design flaws that make it a nightmare to use. Furthermore, Amazon’s refusal to honor its own return policy and assist me with the return process has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated as a customer. I would strongly advise against purchasing this juicer or relying on Amazon’s customer service for any kind of support. This entire experience has been a huge waste of my time, money, and patience.

We got this product after weeks of analysis of different cold press slow juicers and centrifugal juicers. Since the slow juicers were out of budget so settled with centrifugal juicer which comes at half the price.
Pros:-
Less time consuming
Good juice content generated for hard fruits like carrot, beetroot, etc.
Easy to clean, not high maintainence.
Cons:-
High sound
Sound makes it look dangerous to use sometimes
Not good for juicy watery fruits like watermelon, oranges, cucumbers, pulp has lot of juice content. Need to filter the pulp again for getting the remaining juice.
Doesnt cut the fruit minutely.
So, its an okay product for me since I take my juice seriously. But considering the performance of this, will definitely go for a high end cold press juicer after a year or two.
