I bought this on July this year. Used it couple times and as I am planning to use it again today. After plugging it in, it just won’t start. Such a waste of money. Unfortunately, I can’t return this item. Don’t recommend this item.

This juicer is surprisingly quiet, makes less mess (my former juicer tends to spit pulp everywhere) and this thing is smaller.
I have tried using it to juice ginger, carrot, celery, beetroot, blackberries, orange, apple, and grapes. It worked surprisingly well for all of them. I will say it feels like it’s blocked as it’s a very small exit hole after 10-15 minutes of use. But it does make juice with less pulp and good taste. And a suggestion for juicing celery was to strip the celery stalks off their long, tough, stringy fibers, then to chop the celery into 1/2 inch slices. This took less time than getting the tangled celery fiber out of the exit slot. This would apply to bulb fennel also. Another trick is to alternate fibrous content with juicy stuff: do a celery stalk and then apple, let the apple juice help the celery in the bowl, then release the juice. If you juice celery by itself, it will clog quickly when you don’t add something else.
And a tip for cleaning: pour a glass of water into the feeding tube. Turn it on, after water is slowly down, get parts out, then it’s really easy to clean-2 minutes’ work. This is the best part for me not to worry about hard cleaning, better than my former juicer.
Do need to chop up your fruits and vegs into small bits, so there is a bit more faffing than using a regular juicer, but that seems very typical of this type of juicer.
All in all, really great price and a good buy. So glad I got this juicer!

Very good product quality. I started using this juicer a few days ago and I already love it. Very easy to assemble, clear instructions. Easy to use. Safe and secure to do with my children. Perfect storage capacity. Compact, perfect for small kitchens. Easy to clean as all parts can be washed.
