Demo done by himanshu gupta was very helpful in understanding the working and correct way to assembly the juicer . He also mention the do’s and don’t to keep in mind while working with the juicer .
After sales customer care is also very responsive .

The media could not be loaded.
I’ve been using this juicer for the last 2 years and everyday I take out green juice and other juices. It has low noise level and is easy to clean. The juice remains fresh for 2 days without separating into two layers. The service is also very prompt and resolve complaints quickly. I’ve had some minor issues with it,( the paint on the bottom where juicer rests came out after 1 year so had to be redone) but they have been resolved quickly at minimum cost.

I m using CS600 and tried first time with green apple , red apple , selery lemon ,beetroot and carrot , , Himanshu explained how to fix and assemble all spare parts and also cleaning process after that we made nut milk also himanshu told precautions and do’s and don’ts these are helpful to use CS600

I’m happy with the customer service provided by Kuvings. Good product, easy to assemble and easy to clean.
But I’m not happy with the Amazon service. At first I got damaged one and later raised a request for replacement and got the product still having a small dent on the main body. But we decided to go with that.
My suggestion is to buy the product directly from Kuvings instead of amazon.
Kuvings customer service is very good and very helpful. Full marks to them.
