It is surely durable, easy to use and clean. Juice extracted contain some pulp, so if you don’t like pulp in your juice you may have to do some extra work manually to make it of your liking. Otherwise it is nice, durable and surely go for it.

उषा का कोल्ड कंप्रेस जूसर मैं महा नवंबर 23 में खरीदा है अभी 5 महीने ही हुए हैं जूसर कंटेनर में जहां से फ्रूट की वेस्टीज निकलती है उसकी क्रिया करने का प्रक्रिया सही नहीं है साथ ही फ्रूट कंटेनर जिसमें ऊपर से फ्रूट डाले जाते हैं वह भी अच्छी क्वालिटी का न होने के कारण जूस निकलते हुए अपने आप चटक गया है इस कारण पूरा जूसर कार्य करना बंद कर दिया है और उक्त जूसर की कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर से शिकायत दर्ज करने पर जिस कंपनी को समस्या के निवारण के लिए कंपनी ने चयनित किया है उनके द्वारा बिना आए बिना परीक्षण किया केवल दूरभाष पर फोटो और वीडियो मंगा तथा यह कहकर कि यह प्लास्टिक की चीज है इस पर कंपनी की कोई गारंटी वारंटी नहीं है यह आपको क्रैक करनी पड़ेगी जो स्पष्ट दर्शाती है कि कंपनी के बिल्ड क्वालिटी और वारंटी दोनों ही सही नहीं है और जूसर मिक्सर सही प्रॉपर काम नहीं करता है कृपया आपसे अनुरोध है कि भूल कर भी इस जूसर को ना खरीदें वरना आप भी मेरे तरह धोखा खाएंगे।

Very good product. Easy to operate. Worth money can buy. Liked it. Use it for vegetable juice. The pulp is completely dry and extracts full juice from vegetables.

Pros-
•you can juice almost anything
•easy assembly
• i have tried- apple, coconut, pineapple, pomegranate, watermelon, beetroot, carrot, cucumber
•coconut milk is very clear, can use for dishes or pinacolada
•apple juice is not cloudy and tastes like store hought
•I juice veggies and fruits together so it tastes better, have loved the experience so far.
Cons-
• Cleaning the dry waste hole- long fibers get stuck and you have to poke a lot
• the same dry waste hole gets lodged with waste and it doesn’t move for fruits like pineapple which has long fibers.
•fruit pieces get stuck in one portion of the upper rotating part, doesn’t go into juicing. you have to stop and remove it from there or poke it with something but be careful dont use knives.
• you might have to help pushing the waste to come out. That is the onlg problem area

main es juicer ko 2020 se use kar rahi hu, ye bohot acha hain bas esko bohot carefully use karna padta hain. by mistaken eska fine strainer break ho gaya hain, ye kaha milega eska koi helpline no hain.

I am completely distressed with the product. There is manufacturing defect with this model. I am not able to take out the juicer part for washing. Neither the company is. They have to work very hard to take out the juicer after use for washing. I have complained at least 30 times. But I am not getting any relief. Hopefully the company will listen and see my distress and get it rectified. Thanks!
