The kettle is a good buy overall and value for money. However, the top portion of the handle gets hot, so you have to be careful when picking it up. Also there are no markings on the outside to show water levels.
I had an excellent plastic Black and Decker kettle earlier; switched to stainless steel due to harmful effects of microplastics.

We got the kettle changed three times after paying 250 extra for delivery of replacement kettle
1st time it was leaking
2nd time the lid was not proper
3rd time the button is not working properly
And now the service guy is telling to come 30 kms away from my house to collect the replacement and there is no guarantee that it will be a proper product. Don’t buy
