I gifted the Havells Capture Multi Cook Kettle to my brother, and they all loved it. The elegant color adds a touch of style to their kitchen. The 304 stainless steel body is rust-resistant and durable. The steamer basket is highly efficient and easy to use, making it perfect for quick meals. A great value-for-money purchase!
Ach –
Product came without chord and can’t return now as exchange window is closed. If seller reaches back to exchange item will give it a new rating after use otherwise it’s a useless 1500/- steamer without a chord.
Havells’s technician visited under warranty but they said this can only be returned and chord can not be provided.
Not sure of resolutions but pitfalls of online shopping for gifting and not opening product immediately.

It’s been 21 months so far and it is working pretty good, I cannot find much fault in design either. Nice purchase in this price range. It has auto power cut-off when liquid amount is too low to avoid over heating or burn, works pretty well as an alert for cooking rice though.

Good product.received same which is shown in website..attractive was color..Easy to handle..with in 5 to 6 min you boil water or make tea/coffee..but for boiling vegetables and ege it will take approx 8-9 mins. Overall it’s good.waiting to cook other items like rice,maggy etc
