The product came in good shape. It’s working fine. Cord length is also big enough in kitchen.

The only drawback anyone could find for this product is plastic lid, could have been best product if it’s also stainless, didn’t observe it while buying, 1.2 litre version of this kettle has stainless lid and shall go for it if size doesn’t matter.
Hopefully Havells could bring all kettle products with stainless lid for safe health.
