Bought this product nearly one year back, we used it just for 5 to 7 times, after that it stopped grinding, when we called customer care they asked for the reason and told us to make a video of the grinding and send it, within three days after the call the issue got fixed, thanks for prompt and Swift response.

This wet grinder came in well-packed without any damage in transit. It is easy to use for a person who has never used a wet grinder before. The opening at the front is easy to collect the batter and also to clean. Urad dhal takes about 10 to 15 mins to become the perfect batter and the rice takes about 20 mins. But I felt like a few urad dhal (say 10 to 15) was always been left out from getting ground.
It saves some space in my kitchen. This stacking-up model takes up less space. I don’t have enough space in my kitchen counter so I used to keep it in the cupboard and use it when it is needed.
The stones and the drum can be removed and can be cleaned easily.
Overall, as a first time user of wet grinder I am impressed.

This grinder is easy to handle especially after using ultra(2kg) grinder for so long. Super easy to grind and clean as it is really light. However, the motor doesn’t seem to be strong. As soon as you start using it, there is a smell coming from the motor and I think it wont last much. The pink area gets hot after grinding urad dal alone. But ofcourse, it grinds the urad dal and rice perfectly. no issues there. Using it for 2 months now and still working. But not sure how long it will last. Wish they made it of better quality motor and inner parts.

This product is superb,a small suggestion to buyers is that the screw ,which we tighten ,above the stones ,should be slightly loose so as to allow the stones to grind fast
It should be tightened lightly so as just to hold the stones to the container,this is very important tip!
Tightening fully the screw would prolong the grinding process

Don’t waste your money spending 8k + product.
Other brand which offer grinder for 5k does the job better.
They will highlight only the design but the problem here is you need to put more water to grind the batter that will get spoil in couple days.
It will take lot of time grind the idly and dosa batters.

Entire the product and it’s mechanism is working perfectly as expected but,
1) cleaning is too hard because we have less space to stones and bin
2) for 1kg black gram You may lost 100gr batter
3) in the middle of grinding, not possible to stir manually with the stick given by them
