2 level power button dead on arrival. 1 and 3 works fine. Not returning as I am single person managing house and office. After one month of sparingly use the steel jar cracks open.

Not usable mixer . It’s very bad quality. &1st time use &I lost his plastic material. Finally I suggest u that no money invest for this product…..

Motor couplg breaks fast and inque type coupling not available in market. Normal repairs person does not know how to pull out coupling of motor, it has big boss but threaded or pushed not known. Risky to buy this since service not available even in Mumbai
