I had a disappointing experience with this product whose motor failed less than five minutes into its first use while grinding idli batter. This was especially frustrating considering it was a brand-new purchase. Fortunately, Amazon was helpful and quickly issued a refund, but the situation left me disillusioned with the product’s durability. While energy efficiency is important, it’s equally crucial for appliances to have a robust, reliable motor. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone seeking longevity and performance.

Yes as i mentioned, if urad dal can be grinded so well , this machine can do wonders. Its look , it’s four jars, coarse grinding option and fine smooth working capacity. Amazing product at this rate. This is the sumeet mixtures of this era.

Product was delivered yesterday. On first use itself found very impressive. Less noise, highly copact. Nice buy.
The package didn’t have the spatula. It is alright. We don’t need it.
But supplier (Amazon) should have verified it with check list before dispatch.

It grinds everything so effortlessly and smoothly. All the jars provided are very useful and of great quality. Coarse mode is very useful for preparing chutney. Operation is also very smooth and less noisy compared to other mixer grinders. 3 years of warranty (post online registration of the product) gives a sense of comfort.
