Home service is not available against this product. Very unpleasant sound is comming. –
Using it since last 2 months. Performance of the grinder is excellent, i would have given it 5 stars, but i m not satisfied with the quality of jars and their lids. Lids are a bit loose on the jars, so during operation, you uave to hold them to make sure that they don’t open. Rest quality wise its satisfactory.

Motor is good but as an engineer I noticed that jars are made with thin sheet metal. Major drawback is the lids are loose and there’s no clips to hold so that you can’t operate with hands-free. I tried to return the product but amezon customer service said its not possible because return policy is only if the product is damaged and if it is damaged it may be replaced with the same product only, which made me disappointed. I think bajaj and amezon are in understanding to sell leftover products by attracting customers with discount . I decided its better to purchase most of the products offline rather than online.
