Mixer was delivered today. It was in new condition without any scratches or damages. I did use it before writing the review
Pros:
1.Premium look
2.Guage of jars are heavy(expect long life)
3.Blades are very sturdy too, best suited for heavy grinding
4. Overall product looks of well built and good quality
5. sound was not too loud as said in other reviews. i was using 500W mixer before. This one is a tad louder than that. but not too much
Cons:
These are not real issue for me, but might help other buyers
1. Its quite heavy, ladies might feel little uncomfortable while handling it.
2. closing and opening of Jar caps need extra effort, they are tight (need to see after few month of usage)
3. Jars are big in size. even small jar is of the medium size of 500W mixer(but it’s a helps me!!)
4. little expensive compared to other brands, but worth compared to its quality(my previous bajaj mixer is running from 7years)

Very poor quality of plastic jar lid, first time using Bajaj mixer and it’s of very poor quality and they don’t have any warranty as well, avoid buying this product. It will be waste of money buying this product for sure.

This is the best things..it reallyy works awesome..it mixes things soo fast and perfectly..it has best features and quality..the motor is soo soo powerfull that just in 2 3 turns the mixture gets ready and is soo soo easy to use..the best thing is its lock feature ok jars that prevent it from leakage..loved this product..totally worth buying product

The white color rotator clasps between jar and machine melts and burn after using it a few times. I use about thrice a week.
It’s still in warranty so change of rotator is free but after it’s over it’s paid service.
Even though the output is good but puree splashes out from the jar despite being properly closed.

We are only using smallest jar since 1.5 years. Today when I went to the mall and checked same product then realized the one given to me is a defective jars.
Actually the jars in Croma I saw were so easy to use. My parents are senior citizen and they have spill the juices all over kitchen because the jars locking system is soo tight and it is impossible to close.

What’s the point of getting a mixer when the jar gets stuck? I used the small jar and it was fine. I used the middle sized jar and it’s been stuck for 5 hrs now refusing to budge! I don’t even want to try again even if it does come out eventually. And until it does come out, the food will rot in the jar! Ridiculous!

Generally, if we use grinder to grind masala then we lose genuine taste and we miss traditional ways of grinding but my experience with Bajaj Herculo 1000 W powerful mixer grinder which comes with Nutri Pro feature is different and awesome. It prevents loss of nutrients and provides higher nutrition retention. The 1000w motor gives better performance and ensures to easily grind tough ingredients like turmeric and coconut. Even having 1000w motor machine does not make noise like other mixers & grinders. It’s matt finish body gives superb look, and it is anti-skid on hard surface, easy to use & easy to clean after use. Its multifunctional blades grind both dry and wet items equally good. It is a very useful machine for daily kitchen uses.
Overall, I am satisfied with this product. It is a must have product for every kitchen.

I have seen many mixer in my life but this mixer is powerful than other mixer as it mixes very gently all kitchen cooking items ,packaging was good and steel quality is premium and all 3 jars are very strong and durable ,Bajaj has used premium quality steel and blades in it.i specially like the colour and i like it’s powerful motor 1000 watts.
