After use 1 years this machine automatic stop when it is running. Otherwise a very bad sound is create when this machine are satenly stop. So please avoid from this product.

I like product all parts is ok. And trial taken running ok but i m confuse. Mixer box on barcode mentioned 750 watts and in feature mentioned 800 watts …what is this …how its possible …i m confuse please reply ..i want justification.

Came with an adapter for EU.
These aren’t found anywhere here so I have no reference to any other.
It’s really powerful. Fairly easy to clean thanks to being in stainless steel.
So far just made wet masalas and paste. Looking forward to grind spices. I don’t see it will have any problems with it.

I have been looking for something powerful that could handle raw spices and to ground them on daily basis. the local machine available here are too weak i have tried few and they broke after few sessions.
But this machine looks it is made to high pressure and hard food items to be processed. very happy with the quality of product, all stainless steel jugs which are not easy to find, the seller was courteous and delivery time was fast and easy as item was well packed.

First of all, I was not given the 1.7 liter jar in this order.
After I replace the order, take another new product!

The broken piece was delivered, I paid 45Euro for the delivery charges so even if i get refund for this item, I am not sure if I get delivery charges. Also, this has happened for the second time with Bajaj, last year I ordered similar product, the product didn’t even reach to me.
You really take care of delivery of the item. The content was dusty and it didn’t feel like new.
Bajaj has good name in India and I expect similar quality upto and including the delivery from you.

I am very dissatisfied with this product and the seller’s correspondence in resolving my issue. There are sparks coming out at the knob of the mixer and a burnt smell occurs when the mixer is in operation. I reported this fault to the seller in 7 months time from the date of receipt of the item and was informed that no refund is permitted for this item, and I would have to take this to the nearest service center for repairs. If electrical goods purchased on Amazon do not have a 12 month warranty period, what can buyers do to protect their money? Amazon is only willing to come with a partial refund which isn’t still confirmed.
