Although I have faced usual wear tear and occasional parts malfunctions but the company have provided support quickly and with great resolution. Mixie is generally good. but the dome cover of the tall jar is very easily breakable. Mine developed a crack within a couple of months. Later on it started chipping. Call to the customer care was attended promptly. But i was told that the dome lid was not under warranty and had to pay Rs 350 for the replacement. The company should use a better non breakable material for this.

The Butterfly Mixer Grinder is a great choice for powerful grinding, but the noise level is too high. If you don’t mind a loud appliance, it’s a good budget-friendly option. But if you need a quieter experience, consider other brands.

I purchased the Butterfly mixer grinder with high expectations, but I am extremely disappointed. It hasn’t even been a month, and the blades of the jar have already broken! I have used the mixer only for regular kitchen tasks, and yet the quality of the blades is so poor that they couldn’t even last a few weeks.
This is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims durability and reliability. I need an immediate replacement or a solution to this issue. I request the seller and manufacturer to address this problem at the earliest. If I do not receive proper support, I will have to escalate this matter further.
I strongly advise potential buyers to reconsider before purchasing this product unless the company takes responsibility and provides better quality and after-sales service.
