It is no exaggeration to say that it is the queen of housewives in today’s modern world due to its color, portable shape, micro function, easy cleaning. When there was a small glitch in between, they contacted me via WhatsApp and fixed it right away, their customer service is very good. So as a loyal customer I recommend it. I had an issue with my Wet blade its leaking but I have complained to customer service and they sent a new blade with one more extra blade with it . I reached out to Miss Ayesha customer support, and she was incredibly responsive and helpful. she quickly sent me a replacement part without any hassle, which really shows how much they care about their customers. Overall, I highly recommend the Cookwell Blender to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient blender. It’s a great investment and excellent customer service.

I expected it won’t have any usage Issues, seeing 600w motor as it mentioned and all but , i think it’s not grinding that well as I expected. Blades are bit low in quality. Also continuous usage limited to 1min was a bummer. Better buy a regular cheap regular grinder if you are planning to purchase one like this.
I think the motor is straining while operating.But, Great experience in service warranty and the brand I should say. They replaced after the motor stoped working with with such an ease.
