Very happy with my purchase. Its just been 2 weeks so far but I can tell you its a powerful machine & not too loud which are the 2 most important criteria when d3ciding to buy a mixer grinder. Plus the lid locks are very sturdy & secure.
I am sure I am not going to need another mixer for the next 8 years atleast so it’s a good investment.

We were really hesitant buying the hamilton beach professional because it was expensive and some users had mentioned getting spares in India takes time. We finally decided to buy it in Amazon great Indian festival offer this month. We have used it around 5-6 times so far to make Humas chat, Tomato soup, idli batter, Carrot juice and it has done an excellent job. We liked that many of the operations are automated so that you do not need to select speed and time. We found the lids are secure and we did not have to hold it giving a complete hands free operation. We found only one challenge so far-Compared to our earlier 750 W philips its sound is very high and almost unbearable if you stand next to it. However as its much quicker and completely hands free we just leave it on and go out of kitchen for couple of minutes till it completes its job. Using a rubber pad below the machine seems to
reduce the noise a little bit.
