The reasons why I cut 2 stars from this product’s review are:
1 – Too loud. I swear this mixer makes too much noise. It’s very loud – kind of imitates the 10 years old mixer I used till now. It gets very irritating after a point especially if you’re sensitive to noise.
2 – Jumps a little. I don’t know how to express it in words but I’ll try to describe as much as I can. So when you turn on the mixer it jumps a little. You’ll notice the jar pushing slightly, especially if you’ve kept a hand on it. It seems like it is not able to take the load. I don’t know what happens there but you probably will get scared a little.
The product is overall FINE – OK OK. I won’t say that it’s very good, but it’s also not totally bad. It mixes stuff well. So yeah, you can go for it.

Everything is nice about the product it works so well…absolutely right value for money but the only problem is the small mixie bowl or the first grinder bowl in the series doesn’t have a lock system as a result of which it is difficult to grind or paste something even after holding it with hands still the paste spills off… This is a major drawback about the product otherwise it’s absolutely beautiful and very good at this price… It’s a request to the havells company if they could just improve and look into the lock system of the mixer bowl .
