We are using it rarely and oñ uneventful occasions.However, tried to grind meat but a burning smell came from the motor.Although it’s still working but kept us in suspense whether to use it for meat grinding or not?
Review after One year:-
Would have hardly used it for 10 times in the entire year and today coupler just stop working.Threads inside the coupler got broader and are unable to turn the coupler/blades of the jar as no tension is created between them… Unfortunately no service centre is in Srinagar,Would suggest to go for some reliable brand instead of this.
Now getting coupler from somewhere hope this will work.

Value for Money and easy to use. Also Jar locks are very different and attractive

For small quantities it is not useful.
If manufacturer provides a small jar, it is helpful. Noise is too high.

Seeing the reviews and sturdy jars I ordered this, but it was a big mistake, the first order when received it was a faulty one and wouldn’t start. we got the piece exchanged and took a brand new one in return.. Now again within 3 months, it has gotten spoilt and one of the parts got burnt and now it has stopped working! I made a big mistake choosing this product and brand. Would advise not to buy it!
Their after sales service is absolutely pathetic and you have to wait days on end for any results…. too rigid.
