Very poor quality the product just doesn’t switch on. On the top of it, the customer service is so poor, not worth even less than 1.

Superb. Wada batter was done within a minute better to take this instead of wet grinder.

One important issue is that no where in booklet / manual it’s mentioned motor will not start unless jar is placed with all safety locks are placed. Most of reviews had mentioned it’s not working and no one has mentioned in review how it works. Makes a user confused who just transition from an old mixie.
Otherwise this is superb product. Panasonic plesse make it clear to consumers. Thank you.
