No home service.Had a Philips earlier which had home service and far less noise This TERRIBLE NOISY THING freighted neighbours WITH noise. Also LOT OF VIBRATION HAS NO HOME SERVICE. NOWHERE IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION THEY mentioned home service will not be provided. Since they provide home service to wet grinders of same price you will be fooled .TAKE THIS HEAVY THING TO service centre located in the middle of -always traffic jam-town.If they can repair wet grinders at home why not mixer grinder?

The product all in all is superb.
Just the chutney jar washer was missing and so when making tomato sauce it spilled all over. Bought a lid with the washer from Amazon though not genuine but is working out fine.
