The media could not be loaded.
The product cracked after one month of use. I had only bought the product believing that it is of tough make being philips it will be durable but I was wrong. Works fine but the outer body is made of cheap material apparently. It cracked while it was on.
27/02/2024 – I Have contacted their support, they have informed me that they will not take service charges as product is under warranty but *if any spare part gets replaced then charges will be informed by the technician*
HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT BREAK? They have asked me to contact amazon for replacement which is not possible after 10 days.
2/03/2024 – They finally sent a technician after multiple follow-ups to check the mixer, please do not believe their ” The service engineer will give you a call within 24 working hours to schedule an appointment with you”, they did call to inform me that they do not cover the area. Anyway, after examining it he said they will put it for approval for free body replacement.
09/03/2024 – They called me today to inform that I have to pay for the repairs. I do not understand how they can charge customers after their technician had a closer look at the product and who himself told me that we should be getting a free replacement and he’ll put it for approval.
I do not know what went wrong here, but this is my worst experiences with amazon. Very disappointed.

This is very good. It is noisy yes but rest I am happy with the functioning. The quality of material is good too. Have been usingbit for 4 months now. Blades are good too.

Delivered on time. Looks good and sturdy. Vacuum shoes in the bottom keep the unit intact. Only unhappy about too big steel jar for blending or making shakes. Also a silicon spatula should have been supplied with the unit to ease transferring contents from the jars.
