Except for the noise level, I have no complaints. Solid mixer and grinder. No issues so far. We use it everyday and we use it for grinding rice to make batter for Idli and Dosa. Good Quality product at reasonable price. Overall very happy with the product

This is the third Preethi Chef Pro mixer grinder in our family. Bought this one as a wedding gift for my son. Almost the same build quality is maintained. Jars are made of stainless steel which will last long. Locking mechanism is simple. On off knob is at the right side, which is very convenient to use. Operating noise is acceptable. Over load button is located at the bottom. Rubber bushes at the bottom will not allow the mixer to move while under operation.

The motor has been working satisfactorily. However, the shafts used in the grinder jars get corroded as time passes. As a result friction takes place and therefore the noise level increases. Therefore periodic removal, cleaning and oiling of shafts are a must to ensure smooth operation of the mixer grinder.
Despite doing all these regularly, the shaft and bush if the chutney jar had to be replaced by the Service Center. They did it free of cost as it is still under warranty.
The shaft is made of iron and hence prone to get corrosive fast. I am wondering as to why the manufacturers don’t make the shafts of SS or any other aloy to overcome this issue.

I purchased this mixer and used for almost 1 year, it needs higher Maintenance and blades are not working as expected,
instead of Copper they used Aluminium wire, it prodeces extreme heat while using
