As I brought this item after so many thought but this item is perfectly for super fine grinding of very hard items too. Like fine black pepper and so on. Just one thing which I don’t like in this grinder that’s the reason I am giving it 4 start if you don’t press very tight from the top it will be big mess up around .Because of grinding force it’s spelled out very bad.

I am very disappointed with this product. I’ve used the large jar twice and on the third use, the jug cupler broke. They have provided a full support kit but honestly, it is pretty sad that I need to replace the part so – early. Now weary of using the other jugs. This mixie ain’t cheap either. Double the price because it is 110 V. Not a good experience so far. Preethi, do better.

Been using this product since 2018, powerful machine. But handle broke and the locking mechanism is not on point but I have work around. But I still love the product because it’s very very powerful! Makes Dosa batter like a piece of cake!

Bought this 110V Preethi MG-206 on Amazon India for use in USA. Opened the box only to find that the main blade is dangerously damaged – it has sharp metal strips sticking out in a dangerous fashion – sort of like metal coating/paint peeling off. These sharp strips will fall off and get into the food being blended. Terrible quality control.
I contacted the listed support contact – Gandhi Appliances in US – and they simply brushed me off. Unable to reach India support. Supposedly this product is made by a company formerly Phillips now called Versuni, and Gandhi provides support. Very disappointed at the quality of both the manufacturing and the support. It’s not a minor blemish. If I use the product as delivered, someone will die from ingesting sharp metal shrapnel.
