I was looking for an all purpose juicer mixer grinder for my kitchen and after lot of research I finalised this Prestige Amica Super Mixer Grinder. It comes with stylish & well built SS finish Mixer, 3 SS Jars and multiple other accessories. Motor is quite heavy and durable which does all kind of masala grinding. It has various juice extracting options for preparing fresh juices. Also, I can easily do shredding, slicing & chopping with different blades. Finger chips disk makes perfect French Fries for my kids. Even the kneading blade prepares a hassle free soft dough. This iPrestige Amica Mixer Grinder is a perfect Companion for my kitchen.

There is burning wire smell else love the machine, it has 5 jars so no more washing, drying before using again, when bulk cooking.. It managed to grind . 5 kg sugar in one go in just seconds, that certainly did impress the Husband.. The 1000 watts motor shows it efficacy.. Though our household is not much of a heavy grinder using one.. We will know how long lasting it is with time.. Ours came in Sep’23.. Will add further as time goes.. Will certainly state any issues we encounter…

Actually, you are not purchasing this item since it is clearly intended to be a waste of your money. Within five months of purchase, it needs to be serviced by their technicians. In reality, the company seeks to profit by selling defective products to customers instead of mixtures, and by recovering money in the form of servicing fees, which double the cost of the products. Amazon recommend to talk with prestige helpdesk and prestige recommend to talk with Amazon helpdesk, but niether of them take appropriate actions on it.

This mixer is a total waste of money. Worked 2 star at the start thereafter always had issues. Thrice the product stopped working. They neither replace the product nor give refund. There service is pathetic in today’s time they take 1-2 months just to attend your issue and then take 2-3 rounds to find out the issue. Very weak motor in place.
Buy this products only if you have spare money to waste.

Worst product ever I bought on Amazon….my request don’t ever buy electronics online…specially Amazon..i bought this n regret a lot my 9000 rs waste..not even worth a penny..local brands are better than this…there are looting in the name of the brand…not even worked one month properly…technician has repaired….the motor was 2900..it was in warranty so I was not charged any thing…now again it’s not working…wasteeee of money….don’t buy anything which are very expensive…coz it’s service will also b expensive…

I didn’t used much of this product less use only however within 1 year this mixer grinder is not works, I would not suggest this product to my family and friends. Not worth for the money useless product very worst performance.huge noise and not grind properly.

Now suddenly the mixer stopped working. I will try to make through waranty. But not expected this kind of problem from product, just one year only, it stopped working. We use maximum 3 times a week to make chutney. That’s it it stopped working.
