The product seems to work fine. Did not experience any burning, sparks and smoke issue like some have mentioned. A small issue I experienced was the knob to operate the mixer has been made purely with aesthetics in mind and not functionality. It looks good and shiny but has no grip at all. If you hand is wet while handling as it is generally while cooking it is difficult to turn the knob, especially for the pulse function. Will update for any other issue.

There are many options for a mixer grinder these days, as compared to some 5 years ago.
My parameters for purchase were:
1. Juicer jar (overall 4 jars)
2. Higher wattage motor (for quick work)
3. Taller and thinner structure for the base than an extended one (to save space on the counter-top)
4. Four fin blades in jars
5. Ample sized chutney jar
6. Good quality of the material
This mixer grinder satisfied most of these requirements, except it had a 2 fin blade in chutney jar which is a small jar (400 ml) but it is tolerable.

The seller is selling used and faulty products, motor plastic rotator was coming outside and all containers was used and washed which had the scratches.
