Worst quality product only advertisement don’t purchase… I already returned

This must have been first time ever for me that a mixer’s motor coupler has broken. I guess it is not unusual for a coupler to break and that must have been the reason why Sujata provides a spare one with their product so that you don’t have to spend much time in searching for one. But thankfully the one in Sujata never broke in more than 7 years of usage. On the other hand, the one in Vidiem mixer broke before completing its 3rd year. And with its unique design, you can’t find one easily in Delhi. They don’t have service center in Delhi NCR. SO my quick advise to anyone buying Vidiem and for that matter buying a new product.
1. Don’t try a new brand or a brand that does not have presence in your region.
2. If you do then you are at risk, please check that spares are available.
3. any product with high price might not be worth it
4. if you are stuck with customer care, leave a review on the platform from where you bought, at least others will be saved.
and did I mention about the huge noise level of Vidiem? consider that as well before buying.

I have used the Vidiem ADC food processor in my home and it is wonderful. I found it is value for Money and very Useful. It is very unique and different from other food processor. So kindly go for it.
My friend also purchased Same food processor he is also very much satisfied with the Performance of Vidiem ADC food processor.
1)Vidiem ADC has Stainless steel 2 litres multi chef jar as compared to acrylic jars in other brand’s food processors which may break over time.
2)Vidiem ADC has double reduction gears for high torque and low noice.
3)Vidiem ADC has aria cool tech motor which has unique air pump system thet doubles its lifetime and iis 100% shock proof gives 20% more torque 20% more torque 10% less consumption and 40% more cooling.
4)Vidiem ADC has self locking jars for secure locking.
5)Vidiem ADC has self aligning, secure mating, high strength trimate couplers which can handle heavy load.
6)Vidiem ADC vortex flow dynamically balanced hardened ribbed stainless steel blades which eliminates vibrations and doubles bush life.

Overall product is wonderful and I would highly recommend. Design of the model is sleek and elegant. A space saving design. The jars are sharp, easy to use and with the best quality. The chopper is one a time saver. It smartly chops the vegetables within minutes and in same shape. The outcome is wonderful. Happy to have got this product with such equiped features and best at its reasonable price.
