The knobs broke before a year was out- I complained on September 19 and I am still waiting for new knobs

Amazon has a team that thinks built-in-oven is “plug and play”. The oven does not even come with a plug. It just has a cable that has to be hardwired and the oven chasis needs to be screwed into the cabinet. How is that coinsidered “plug and play”? Whichever product team in Amazon India is responsible for not providing installation for this product is just plain crazy.
Tried calling customer service and spoke with several manager’s manager for 2+ hours only to be asked to contact Brand. This is not the kind of customer service one expects from amazon.

The door for the unit I have received is not working from day one of installation (installation is done after 15 days of purchase and it is out of return window), raised multiple Complaints with the brand and there is no solution and it is lying useless in my kitchen. Worst customer service.
