I am really loving this Toaster because it’s different than commonly available similar products in market. I have used many toasters in past but I found Havells Feasto is very well built, good temperature controls and sturdy product. Easy to operate and maintain.

The toaster was working fine for about couple of weeks then it slowly stopped toasting on one end. After a few months now it fully stopped toasting on one side. I called customer service and they sent out a technician who said that toasters only toast one side of the bread by design. Clearly they sent someone who was seeing a toaster for the first time in his life. Dispite being in warranty, the issue with service centre is still ongoing and yet to get a technician to fix it.
