Product bad. No quality control,started malfunction from 1st day, same informed Phillips no responce.no help to the customer.feeling sorry for buying.

The temperature control or timer is completely useless.
It goes from 0 – 6, but even setting it at 1 will burn the toast. So have to set it around 0.5.
