I received it yesterday. Used it today to verify the toaster. It’s an average in quality. Very light weight if falls by chance then sure to break. The biggest drawback is it’s slot for breads are small and a full size loafs size does not go down deep enough. As a result top of the slice does not get toasted. Unfortunately there’s no return policy for th product hence I’ll have to compromise. Surprisingly no one has mentioned this drawback in any review. Better to go for a toaster confirming sturdiness and suitable size of the bread slots. They must mention the size of the slice which can be accommodated in a toaster – all the brands.

Sorry to say,this product is a headache.its not working, I made several complaints but till now nobody contacted me from usha.this is eretating. I am helpless.

Light weight product, looks good. Got delivery the very next day. I have just received it, hence cannot comment about usage, However its MADE IN CHINA which is no where mentioned on website and even after reading one of the answers that it is MADE IN INDIA, i purchased it. Tested it once, product seems OK. Since it is pretty basic , hence no HIGH TECH stuff.
Comment shall be edited once i start using it , and update after 1 months or so. But honestly felt a little cheated…after reciving MADE IN CHINA product that too from our INDIAN COMPANY USHA.

It’s although compact but have big slots and does work as expected,it’s decently finished and also looks great .
For its price it’s fine but I feel it’s little flimsy,while shaking it’s cage felt less sturdy than my previous toaster,but I don’t think it will be any issue may be my old toaster is now little jammed as well.
Fir price around 2.5k it’s a great choice than many.
It was also warm not hot while browning so insulation is fine but than I toast till 2nd setting and don’t toast in bigger batches.hope it’s helpful

For the money it is a nice product. The plastic is not of good quality.
After sales is also very delayed compared to Bajaj
